Senior UA Manager

The role
Take full ownership of user acquisition across a portfolio of games: budgets, creative strategy, and automation. You will be challenged on the ROAS you generate and the scalability of the systems you build, not on the number of campaigns you launch.
Responsibilities
Being the game owner of your portfolio including:
- Independently managing UA campaigns across all major networks (Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, etc.) and running continuous testing.
- Owning the acquisition P&L of your titles: Spend, CPI, D120 ROAS, Margin, LTV, and Payback.
- Driving creative strategy with the creative team: hypothesis design, use of AI generation tools, and systematic analysis of winning and losing concepts
- Closing the loop between UA, monetization, and retention in collaboration with the Data and Product teams
- Building the UA automation infrastructure: budget and ROAS monitoring agents, optimization rules through network APIs, automated reporting and alerting connected to the MMP and the data stack
- Anticipating ecosystem changes (SKAN, privacy, new channels) rather than reacting to them
Requirements
- 5+ years of mobile gaming UA experience, including significant experience in hyper-casual or hybrid-casual
- A verifiable track record: you can name the titles you scaled, provide before-and-after figures, and explain precisely what you did
- Perfect understanding of attribution: MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer), post-ATT measurement, SKAN , you understand the limits of each measurement model and can make sound decisions despite uncertainty
- Full analytical autonomy: comfortable with Looker or equivalent, able to build your own LTV models without relying on the data team
- Demonstrated automation experience: you have built systems (Python scripts, network APIs, n8n, LLM agents) that run in production, and you can describe them in technical detail
- Fluent English required
This role requires direct ownership of campaigns and budgets. If your automation experience is limited to consuming dashboards, this position is unlikely to be the right fit.
Nice to have
- AI agents in production for creative analysis or campaign optimization
- Strong Python skills beyond basic scripting
- Fluent in SQL
- End-to-end experience taking titles from soft launch to global launch
