Experienced UA Manager (Remote, Europe)
TapNationPitch
TapNation is a mobile game publisher specialising in hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games, with over one billion cumulative downloads. Our UA team runs eight-figure annual spend across a live portfolio, and we build our own tooling rather than waiting for platforms to build it for us.
The role
Own user acquisition for a portfolio of titles end to end: budget, creative direction, and the automation that runs underneath. You'll be measured on the ROAS you generate and the systems you leave behind , not campaign count.
You'll report directly to the Head of UA and work remotely with real autonomy.
What you'll own
- UA across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral and emerging networks, with continuous structured testing
- The acquisition P&L of your titles: spend, CPI, D120 ROAS, margin, LTV, payback
- Creative strategy with the creative team , hypothesis design, AI generation tooling, systematic post-mortems on winners and losers
- Closing the loop between UA, monetization and retention with Data and Product
- Building UA automation: budget and ROAS monitoring, rule-based optimisation through network APIs, alerting wired into the MMP and data stack
- Getting ahead of ecosystem shifts (SKAN, privacy, new channels) rather than reacting
What we need
- 3–5 years of mobile gaming UA, with significant hyper-casual or hybrid-casual experience
- A verifiable track record. Name the titles, give before-and-after numbers, explain what you actually did
- Real attribution fluency. Adjust or AppsFlyer, post-ATT measurement, SKAN , you know the limits of each model and decide well despite the noise
- Analytical autonomy. Looker or equivalent; you build your own LTV views without queuing behind the data team
- Demonstrated automation. Something you built yourself that ran in production
- Working hours overlapping 10:00–18:00 CET
Nice to have
Experience on a portfolio of 20+ live titles. Prior remote-first work.
Skills in Python, SQL, etc.
Proven track record in system building and automation
Compensation€50,000–€55,000 gross annually, adjusted to local market and reviewed after 12 months.
Process
Intro call (15 min) → case study (this is the real gate , expect it to be demanding) → interview with the Head of UA → COO conversation → offer. One to two weeks end to end.
